We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Odoo Developer to join our growing ERP solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, implementing, and supporting Odoo ERP applications across various business functions including Sales, Inventory, Human Resources, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Accounting. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a passionate developer to expand their expertise in enterprise systems, business process automation, and ERP technologies while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong Python development skills, experience with ERP systems, and a solid understanding of software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities 

Odoo Development & Customization 

1. Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications. 

2. Implement new business functionalities based on operational requirements. 

3. Modify existing Odoo workflows, views, reports, and business logic. 

4. Develop custom modules and extensions following Odoo development standards. 

5. Configure and customize Odoo applications to meet business needs. 

ERP Implementation & Support 

1. Participate in ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering to deployment. 

2. Support and maintain existing ERP environments. 

3. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. 

4. Provide technical support to end users and business teams. 

5. Assist in ERP upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements. 

API Integration & Third-Party Connectivity 

1. Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and external systems. 

2. Build and consume REST APIs for seamless data exchange. 

3. Integrate payment gateways, inventory systems, HR solutions, and other business applications. 

4. Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated platforms.

Reporting & Documentation 

Develop and customize Web reports including: 

• Invoices • Purchase Orders • Delivery Notes • Sales Orders • Operational Reports 

Generate PDF reports and business intelligence outputs. 

Maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations. 

Testing & Deployment 

a. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). 

b. Participate in deployment and release management activities. 

c. Ensure code quality through version control and development best practices. 

d. Collaborate with senior developers during code reviews. 

Business Process Support 

• Analyze business processes and recommend ERP improvements. 

• Support users in adopting ERP workflows and best practices. 

• Work closely with departments to optimize operational efficiency through technology.
